Charcoal Art Set
This is my fave set for beginners and intermediate artists. It's the first charcoal set I ever had and I still use it to this day. I use the pencils that come in this set for graphite sketching, too.
Charcoal Paper
This paper can handle a lot, so it's perfect for beginners who might find themselves pressing too hard or erasing a lot. It has enough grit to hold your charcoal well but not too much - so blending is easy.
Dry watercolor palette
Small. Compact. Affordable.
It's the perfect set for beginners. It was my first set and I'm still using it as I slowly transition to a larger palette.
Beginner's Gouache Set
I won't lie, it isn't the BEST gouache set you can get your hands on. BUT, it's a very affordable place for beginners to get used to this unique medium.
Just don't be like me and get lazy and mix your colors 😅
Acrylic Paint
If you want to talk about high quality acrylic paint you truly can't beat Winsor & Newton.
Watercolor Paper
I first tried Funto's watercolor cards (see blow) and was blown away. Their watercolor paper stands up to that reputation!
Watercolor Greeting Cards

Sketch Pencils
I fell in love with these when I was gifted one by a fellow artist. May they bring you as much joy as they've brought me. Suuuuper smooth to draw with.
Sketch Markers
I spent years looking for good sketch markers. And to find a set with soft tips in a variety of sizes 😱 I am so freakin happy with these markers!!
